Retaining Walls

A slope greater than 6% will not lend itself to furniture. Retaining walls allow a sloped space to be leveled off and made useable. These walls are usually constructed from wood, concrete blocks, or rock. They can be quite attractive when softened using plant material and become an integral element of the overall design.
