Process
It all starts with a drawing …
-
Using your Real Property Report we will provide three scaled concepts or options designing your space, addressing function, access and aesthetics.
-
While presenting our three concepts we will ask for feedback and answer any of your questions. If you like elements from the various concepts we can combine these into the final drawing.

-
Once you sign off on the perfect concept a final scaled drawing will place, label plants and recommend materials based on your budget.

-
If it looks good, we move onto the next step. If you decide you need more detail we can, at a cost, provide you with a Sketch Up 3D rendering of your landscape plan. Examples of Renderings

-
Once you have signed off on the final drawing we will move to pricing the project.
Construction:
We love what we do, and have fun doing it. We have a great team that takes pride in the work they do. We know you would like the job done well, on time, and on budget.
In order to achieve this, we will ensure that:
-
All permits are in place, utilities marked and trades organized.
-
All materials ordered and secured well ahead of the project start date.
-
With a set schedule, materials are on site, and a dedicated team, we work hard to bring your design to life so you can enjoy your new space as soon as possible.
-
We’ll review with you daily what was done and what will be done the next day so you can relax and enjoy the process.

Softscape

Softscape is the part of the project that is alive: trees, shrubs, perennials, and lawns. These living materials pull the entire project together. We believe this is the one aspect of landscape design and install that sets us apart from other landscapers.
We know our plants and we know design. We also know you want the “wow” factor so we source the best plants in the largest sizes your budget allows. Our focus is on both great construction and great plant material!
If Turnkey is your thing…

We are frequently asked to complete the project with the elements that pull a space together. These elements can include:
Outdoor Furniture to compliment your home and outdoor living space. We will source these items, have them delivered and installed.
Containers, for patios, entrances, or in the garden. We’ll shop for the perfect container (ceramic, resin, or metal) and fill them with unique plant material.
Garden Art, such as sculptures, bird baths, water features, and wind sculptures.
Accessories such as throws, pillows and candles. Our level of involvement is up to you.
